      El-Hennawy Tobacco company was established by the great Mr. Mohammed El-Hennawy in 1933 in one of the Egyptian calm cities which called Damnhour. Mr. Mohammed El-Hennawy began his life trading different kinds of tobacco in 1900 in KomHamda, a town in Damnhour.

   Being experienced in the field of tobacco trading, Mr. Mohammed El-Hennawy  had the idea that he could set a factory where he could manufacture molasses.

     After the death of Mr. Mohammed El-Hennawy, his successors; kamel and Mohammed Mohammed El-Henanwy, began to develop the factory and complete their father's project, they manufactured new different brands of molasses. They also imported the best international tobacco brands and set new branches for their company in different Egyptian cities.

    Thereafter their successors managed the company and succeeded in developing the industry of tobacco by producing new flavored brands of ma'assel that had trade marks with the international specifics.

   With the sustained success of the company, the management started to think of exporting the company  products outside the territories of Egypt; and concurrently, studies and researches were initiated to implement this objective. And now our products are available in different parts of the world.
